NekoViewer is a japanese 3D viewer that open the ROK files created with the 3D modeler Hexagreat 3D or 3DAce, you can apply some effects in real time like toon effect, manga shading, smoothing polygons, shadow cast, depth of field, motion blur, anti- aliasing, it can import-export in (*.dxf) file format.
